Thank you for you interest in The Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX), the commercial information exchange owned and operated by the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR).

ICBR members automatically have membership in ICREX with basic access and may post property listings on ICREX for free. An inexpensive monthly membership fee provides full access to ICREX not only to post property listings on the exchange, but also to create complete company and broker profiles to market your business. In addition you will gain access to ICREX member-only features such as a full list of ICBR members with broadcast email ability, aerial photographs, and commercial real estate forms.

You must be a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) to join ICREX. ICBR provides almost 700 members with opportunities to earn continuing education credits, access to centralized communication among ICBR members, resources to lobby Indiana government for the benefit of commercial brokers, and much more. Your support as a member also will enable ICBR to continue its key role in passing legislation important to the commercial real estate industry such as the recent Broker Lien and License Portability laws.
