As of Monday, Dec. 12, you will be prompted to complete the Tax ID Number/APN field for each listing in ICREX. ICBR is working to add new data sets to ICREX, and this field is important to be completed so ICREX continues to serve as a source of accurate, reliable information.

Starting Dec. 12, each listing will be flagged with a warning until the Tax ID Number/APN field is complete. The listing will still appear in all search results, web links, etc. for the time being.

Please note in starting in 2012, if the Tax ID Number/APN is not completed, the listing will not be published in search results or live on the website. Once updated with the Tax ID Number/APN, the listing will appear again.

How do I input the Tax ID/Parcel Number?
Go to “My Listings.” Click on “Edit” for each individual listing. On the form, you will have a space to enter the state assigned Tax ID Number/APN. Once entered, click “Save.” This will need to be entered for every listing.

If you have multiple Tax ID numbers, enter the dominant number in the Tax ID Number/APN field. Additional numbers may be added in the Property Overview field.
