TAX ID NUMBER/APN FIELD REQUIREMENT DEADLINE – MARCH 1, 2012
As you may be aware, listings in ICREX are now prompting you to complete the Tax ID Number/APN field for each property listing. As a reminder, your listings are still being displayed on the website at this time. However, it is important to complete the Tax ID Number/APN field as this will soon become a required field.
Beginning March 1, 2012, listings that do not have an entry in the Tax ID Number/APN Field will be marked incomplete and not posted on the ICREX website. In order to keep all of your listings displaying properly, enter the state assigned Tax ID number for all of your listings in ICREX.
For more information on the data expansion, view the FAQ sheet.
